Keyboard Shortcuts
Quick access to copy and paste functions using keyboard shortcuts.
Default Shortcuts
Umbrella comes with two keyboard shortcuts for quick access:

Paste URLs
- Windows/Linux:
Ctrl+Shift+Y - Mac:
Cmd+Shift+Y
Opens URLs from your clipboard in new tabs.
How Shortcuts Work
When you press a keyboard shortcut:
- The extension accesses the active page's clipboard
- For copy: URLs are formatted according to your default format setting
- For paste: URLs are extracted from clipboard content (supports multiple formats)
- Visual feedback is shown via the extension badge (✓ for success)
Badge Indicators
After using a shortcut, you'll see a badge on the extension icon:
- ✓ (checkmark): Operation successful
- ! (exclamation): Warning or partial success
- ∅ (empty set): No URLs found
- ⏳ (hourglass): Processing
Badges automatically clear after a few seconds.
